ATLANTIS collaborates with several renowned real estate developers, focusing on acquiring premium properties in
top-tier cities worldwide, such as Tokyo, New York, London,and Thailand, to generate profit. We determine the number of NFTs to be minted based on the value and anticipated appreciation of each asset.

Holding an NFT equates to owning a share of that asset, with 85% of the profits from each property distributed to NFT
holders. Additionally, the proportion of NFTs held will be linked to the distribution of our tokens. This structure not only allows investors to participate in real estate market but also provides the opportunity for ongoing returns and appreciation potential.
