Atlantis RWA is a real estate asset tokenization platform that enables investors to participate in the international real estate market through NFTs. Below is a comprehensive guide to purchasing NFTs and registering on Discord, ensuring you can successfully complete your investment and enjoy community benefits.

1. Select and Purchase an NFT

1.1 Visit the Official Website

Go to the [Atlantis RWA Official Website] and navigate to the “Market” or “Real Estate Projects” section to browse available real estate NFT assets for investment.

1.2 Filter and Evaluate Assets
Investable regions include:

  • New York, London, Tokyo, Bangkok, and other international cities.
    Click on a project to view:
  • Property value, expected returns, investment duration
  • NFT quantity and rarity
  • $ATLAS token rewards

1.3Purchase Process:

  • Select your target NFT and click [Deposiit Fund] button
  • Confirm the transaction amount and choose your payment method (ETH).
  • Send the payment to the ERC-20 address provided by the system.
  • Wait for 12 block confirmations to ensure the transaction is complete.
  • Once the system verifies the payment, the NFT will be automatically sent to your wallet.

1.4 NFT Transfer and Ownership Confirmation

After payment verification, we will mint and send the NFT to your wallet using the ERC-20 standard.

  • Ensure your wallet has the “Show NFTs” feature enabled to check your ownership status.
  • Upon completion, you’ll receive a transaction hash (TxID), which can be tracked on Etherscan.

2. Joining the Atlantis RWA Discord Server

Log in to your Discord account and successfully join the community.

3. NFT Holder Verification (Automated Verification + Manual Ticketing)

3.2 Automated Verification (Collab.Land or Premint)

  • In the “#verify” channel, click the verification link.
  • Connect your Metamask or Trust Wallet.
  • The bot will automatically check your NFT holdings.
  • Upon successful verification, the system will automatically assign you the exclusive NFT holder role.

3.3 Manual Ticketing Verification (Human Review)

  • If automated verification fails, proceed to the “#开票” (open ticket) channel and provide the following information:
  • ERC-20 payment transaction hash (TxID)
  • NFT receiving address (your ETH wallet address)
  • Discord username
    After review by a staff member, the NFT holder role will be manually assigned.
