How does it work ?
ATLANTIS RWA collaborates with several renowned real estate developers, focusing on acquiring premium properties in top-tier cities worldwide, such as Tokyo, New York, and Switzerland, to generate profit. We determine the number of NFTs to be minted based on the value and anticipated appreciation of each asset.
Holding an NFT equates to owning a share of that asset, with 85% of the profits from each property distributed to NFT holders. Additionally, the proportion of NFTs held will be linked to the distribution of our tokens. This structure not only allows investors to participate in real estate market but also provides the opportunity for ongoing returns and appreciation potential.

When you invest using ETH through our website, Atlantis RWA tokens will be immediately issued to the same wallet address used for the investment upon completion of the process. According to our project design, Atlantis commits to distributing 90% of the profits from each real estate asset to NFT holders as returns on your investment. The profits will be based on annualized returns (APY) and settled quarterly, and directly airdropped in $ETH tokens (ERC-20 standard) to your ERC-20 compatible wallet.
